What PMI Gujarat, India Chapter collects for the MaD pilot, why, and who can see it.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number and PMI member ID. Your workplace name, address and city. Your answers on management support and photo sharing. The proof you send: photos, PDFs, numbers, notes and links.

Why

To let you send proof, to review it, to show the workplace wall and totals, and to report how the pilot performed.

Who sees what

• Chapter reviewers see everything you send.
• The public sees workplace names, cities, lamp colours and totals.
• Your name, email and mobile number are never shown publicly. The share card shows your first name, your last initial and your workplace. Anyone who has your invite link can open it, so share the link only where you are comfortable.
• A photo is public only if you agreed to photo sharing, ticked "Show my photo on the public page" on that proof, and a reviewer approved the proof. PDFs are never public.

Photos

Location and camera data are removed from every photo when it is uploaded.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party scripts and no external fonts.

How long we keep it

Records are kept until the pilot review is finished, after which records are anonymised or deleted.

Your choices

You can ask the chapter to correct your record, delete it, or stop showing your workplace on the wall. Use the chapter contact page.
